The Stratford Strikers and espessially the U-13 girls team would like to congragulate Shelby Cuffley. Shelby recently made the South Central Premier team and will join the team in the up coming fall season of 1998. Shelby currently plays forward. Her speed and agressive play bring a lot of enthusiasm to the team. |

Erica LeCount plays soccer for the South Central U-13 Girls Premier team.
This is her third year with the district team. She plays a forward target
player with occasional time in the mid-field. Her most memorable experiences
have been between games at tournaments where the team takes a break to do
fun activities together. This last July, they went tubing down the Farmington
River. At 4ft 6in and 75lbs, Erica has always surprised people with her aggressive play. She says it started playing with the boys at age 5 in the coed recreational league. She looks forward to playing for her high school in two years. By then she will have played in over 11 out-of-state touraments, the Nutmeg games, and 180 regular season games. |
