DIRECTIONS TO EAST SHORE PARK
FROM POINTS WEST AND SOUTH:
Take I-95 to New Haven. Just after the Quinnipiac bridge, get off at exit 50 (Woodward Ave/Airport). At the end of the ramp take a right at the light onto Woodward Ave. Continue for about a mile on Woodward Ave. to the blinking yellow light. Go through this light and continue for another 0.2 miles to the park, and take a right into the park. You will see the soccer fields. Field 2 is the closest to Woodward Ave.; field 1 is behind field 2.
FROM POINTS EAST AND WEST:
Take I-95 to East Haven and get off at the Frontage Rd/Lighthouse Point exit (exit 51). Continue on Frontage Rd. past the K-Mart and Toys-R-Us, staying to the right ( the left lane goes onto the highway). Continue to the light at townsend Ave. and turn left on Townsend. Go one block, over the highway, on Townsend to the first traffic light and turn right at the light. Go one block and turn left at the first light onto Woodward Ave. Continue for about a mile on Woodward Ave. to the blinking yellow light. Go through this light and continue for another 0.2 miles to the park, and take a right into the park. You will see the soccer fields. Field 2 is the closest to Woodward Ave.; field 1 is behind field 2.
